The 4.31 Keepeek release lifts several limits which prevented you to be fully efficient in your day to day work. Excel extracts on a large number of assets, simplified links and manager group management made easier: we give you a wicked release this month!
Do you sometimes need to extract data from the content of a whole folder, or a search with thousand of results? You were until now limited to the content of a page to make your extract, but no more!
Now you can extract data from up to 10 000 assets in one operation.
Let us be honnest, linking assets in Keepeek was not a simple affair. It was time to spare you the clipboard step.
From the asset's Links tab, you can now launch a search inside the whole DAM. Find the assets you need and just link them!
Just like the PSA Group, you have or wish to deploy your DAM among new departments or brands in your organization? Give your colleagues the opportunity to manage their own content and users with no possible impact on your own assets, by declaring manager groups. What's new about this? You may now define and update in each group settings who is the manager group.
Sections of the asset preview page can now be reorganized in the most appropriate order for your users.
You wish to move, or even to hide the views/downloads statistics or the file information? You can!
Get in touch with your account or project manager to change the order or the visibility of your Preview page.
On your Front end, you no longer need to display the video details to get a video preview! Roll over the video thumbnail to get an overview.
Please note, contrary to the Back end, Front ends are not automatically updated. Contact us to know more.
The old statistics button has been removed from the settings page. Find the storage space information under the Keepeek Licence button, on the same page.
Someone with no account on Keepeek can now collaborate in your boards with no access to the DAM itself. You no longer need to create an account for every person who contributes on a project, just type their email address!
